A delicious, easy lunch using our SaltPig Sobrasada. A milder cousin to our Cotswold ‘Nduja, this product can be enjoyed as is, and goes wonderfully with honey.

Sobrasada Panini:
Good quality bread such as focaccia
50g (half a pack) of SaltPig Sobrasada
1/2 ball of mozzarella
Large tomato
Rocket
Honey

Slice your bread and spread approx half of a 100g pack of SaltPig Sobrasada onto one side.
Top with mozzarella and toast lightly along with the other half of the break under the grill until the mozarella has melted a little.
Add slices of tomato and drizzle with a little honey. Top with the rocket and a little olive oil
Add the top of the sandwich and serve
