If you're not happy with your order then please contact us at webshop@saltpigcuring.co.uk quoting your order number and details of your query or complaint.

For any problems or discrepancies with your order then please notify us within 4 days of receipt of the goods. Once we have discussed your query/complaint with you and if your order needs returning, then you must return the goods to us at your expense using a tracked delivery service. You will also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit. Once received the returned products will be inspected and if they are deemed to be faulty, we will either send out replacement goods or a full refund including your postage costs. If reasonable care hasn't been taken of the goods before we receive them resulting in damage or deterioration, then no refund can be made.

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order any time before dispatch. To do this email webshop@saltpigcuring.co.uk or phone 01608 641105, quoting your order reference number. We'll refund your money, if received, as soon as possible.
