More Details

A classic dried sausage which we've perfected to make ours world class! We use, as ever, the best pork harvested form our whole animal butchery efforts along with beautiful fresh chillies grown right here in Oxfordshire.

We use a little lemon zest and oregano to make the flavour really sing. As with all our products these are hand made using traditional methods resulting in a superior flavour and texture.

Please note this is a fully dried Chorizo designed to be eaten as it is, if you want to cook with your chorizo please use our Cotswold Cooking Chorizo

Ingredients

Rare breed pork (175g used per 100g of finished product), sea salt, spices, dextrose, muscovado sugar, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, preservative: potassium nitrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.

Order before 12pm (Monday – Friday) for next day delivery.
