World Charcuterie Awards 2023 Silver Award winner. This gently spiced soft spreadable salami is made with fantastic locally grown chillies, red peppers and locally brewed, Hook Norton Red Rye beer. It's so moreish spread on some lovely toasted sourdough and drizzled with little honey. Also fantastic as a cooking ingredient, try it with eggs in our Shakshuka recipe.

Ingredients

Rare breed pork (125g used per 100g of finished product), roasted red peppers, Hook Norton Red Rye Beer (Gluten), sea salt, chillies, spices, muscovado sugar, dextrose, garlic, preservative: potassium nitrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
