The first full week of each month you or your recipient will receive:

  • 2 x packs of our Smoked Streaky Bacon (Minimum 200g sliced thick – average 6 slices per pack)
  • 3 x charcuterie items from our web shop such as Cotswold ‘Nduja (100g), Four Peppercorn Collar (50g min), Spiced Loin (50g min), PigSticks (50g min).

We only make one type of bacon but we do it right! Our bacon is properly aged, hung in the same chambers as our salamis after dry curing. It’s this that sets it apart and intensifies the flavour. You’ll see the difference when you cook it, it will colour straight away as there is zero moisture to drive off first. A real treat made properly!

Recipes will be included with certain products such as our Air Dried Smoked Belly Lardons and from time to time we may also send out new products which are not yet available on our web shop!

Storage Instructions

Bacon: Our Smoked Streaky Bacon is cured and semi dried so is able to withstand ambient temperatures for long periods. We recommend however refrigerating upon receipt to ensure its full shelf life.

Other products: Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened consume within 3 days. All products suitable for home freezing.

Our bacon will have approximately 4 weeks shelf life. Typically our other products have a 2-3 month shelf life. For more information on shelf life and storage, visit our FAQs.


Order before 12pm (Monday – Friday) for next day delivery.

Orders past this time will be sent the following day (Monday - Friday).

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
