We are a small award-winning artisanal company based in the Cotswolds. We aim to make the best salamis and cured meats in the UK using local, mature, free range, rare breed pigs.

Woodchester Valley Vineyard
Established in 2007, Woodchester Valley is a family-owned boutique vineyard and winery in the South Cotswolds producing white, rosé, red and sparkling wines from 58 acres.

Cotswold Classic 2021 is a blend of 50% Seyval Blanc, 30% Pinot Blanc and 20% Reserve Wine with fresh citrus notes, aromas of red apple and subtle stone fruits. This wine has a great mid-palate structure and a balance that is nicely rounded with good effervescence.

Step & Stone
Step & Stone make delicious, handmade lavosh, biscotti and cheese biscuits in their Bristol-based artisanal bakery, working alongside people with learning differences to close the employment gap.
Their Lavosh Flatbreads are slim and elegant with a delicious crunch and are a perfect on a charcuterie board. Made use organic unrefined Shipton Mill flour from Gloucestershire, extra-virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil from Somerset, and superbly savoury English sea salt flakes. The Walnut & Cheese Biscuits combine the creamy, earthy crunch of walnut pieces with the savoury tang of Old Winchester cheese.

Cracking Nuts
Established in 2014 this small family business is based in Ilfracombe, North Devon. Their nuts are hand roasted in small batches using only the finest nuts and 100% natural ingredients to create original flavour combinations. The Cracking Mix has a deliciously moreish combination of sweet & salted peanuts, cashews & almonds.

Olives Et Al
Based in Dorset, Olives Et Al has spent 30 years developing an extraordinary range of award-winning products. They are exclusive and artisanal; sourcing, creating and producing, a wide range of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern & African inspired products. The Sicilian Nocellara del Belice Olives in a light brine are buttery, creamy & sweetly firm. These are the classic Sicilian Olives. The Feta Stuffed Pepperabica Peppers are sweet and ever so slightly spicy. The Pepperabica's are complimented by creamy Feta and Myzithra cheese. They make a great impact on a charcuterie board.

Storage Instructions

SaltPig products: Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Delivery

Order before 12pm (Monday – Friday) for next day delivery.

Orders past this time will be sent the following day (Monday - Friday).

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
