Inspired by the Calabrian staple this fiery, soft, spreadable salami is packed with our own Cotswold grown chillies. A really versatile ingredient that can be used in so many dishes or eaten spread on good bread (if you're brave*).

A classic pizza topping, also great with eggs, pasta and seafood.

Ingredients

Rare breed pork (125g used per 100g of finished product), roasted red peppers, spices, chillies, sea salt, dextrose, garlic, preservative: potassium nitrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
