These delicious sweet and spicy chicken wings make a fantastic supper but are also great cold for snacking on!
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken wings
- 100g pack of our Cotswold ‘Nduja
- 50g honey
- 50g brown sugar
Method
Step 1
Bring together the ‘nduja, honey and brown sugar over a low heat breaking down the ‘nduja as you go until you have a uniform consistency. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Once cool, smother the wings with the mixture, season with salt and ideally allow to marinade in the fridge overnight.
Step 3
Spread the marinaded chicken wings out on a lined baking tray and cook at 160c (fan oven) for approx. one hour, turning occasionally to coat.
Serve with salad and bread for mopping up the sweet, spicy juices!
