Fennel is a classic pork and salumi* pairing. It's been used the world over for generations for good reason and we are not about to argue.

We've put lots of whole and ground fennel seed in this salami and used some lemon zest (a SaltPig favourite) and a touch of Allepo chilli to enhance it without complicating the flavour.

This salami has a slightly finer texture than our others and is a little softer to the bite.

*Salumi is the Italian word for cured meat similar to the French term charcuterie.


Rare breed pork (200g used per 100g of finished product), sea salt, fennel, dextrose, lemon zest, Allepo chilli, preservative: potassium nitrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
