Our house salami. We are very proud of this product for the effort that goes into it. We think it tells the story of SaltPig…... not only is it simply flavoured leaving the quality of the meat on show but it demonstrates our whole animal butchery approach by using 3 distinct parts of the pig. Hand diced premium back fat (the best fat on the pig), large chunks of lean leg and minced shoulder to hold everything in it's place. We think this is Britain's best salami!


Rare breed pork (175g used per 100g of finished product), sea salt, dextrose, garlic, freshly ground spices, preservative: potassium nitrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
