A new addition to our range, our ’Nduja Jam is a sweet and spicy relish made with our own Cotswold ’Nduja, a spicy, spreadable salami.  It is incredible on a burger, a delicious addition to a sandwich, and works perfectly on a cheeseboard. Our 'Nduja is made with plenty of locally grown Grisu chillies and freshly roasted red peppers giving this jam a deep colour and intense flavour.

A new addition to our range, our ’Nduja Jam is a sweet and spicy relish made with our own Cotswold ’Nduja, a spicy, spreadable salami.  It is incredible on a burger, a delicious addition to a sandwich, and works perfectly on a cheeseboard. Our 'Nduja is made with plenty of locally grown Grisu chillies and freshly roasted red peppers giving this jam a deep colour and intense flavour.

Natural separation may occur as we do not use artificial emulsifiers. Any fat settling at the top of the jar is perfectly normal — simply stir before use.

Ingredients

'nduja (35%) (pork, red peppers, spices, chillies, salt, dextrose, garlic, preservative: potassium nitrate, antioxident: ascorbic acid), onion, Bramley apple, honey, light brown soft sugar, cider vinegar, salt

Storage Instructions

Natural separation may occur as we do not use artificial emulsifiers. Any fat settling at the top of the jar is harmless — simply stir before use.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate once opened. Use by Best Before date.

Delivery

Order before 12pm (Monday – Friday) for next day delivery.

Orders past this time will be sent the following day (Monday - Friday).
