Our house salami in snacking size.  Flavoured with Tellicherry peppercorns and fresh garlic. This is the one to choose if you're looking for a classic saucisson flavour.

Lightly smoked for a deep flavour.  Our rare breed pigs are paired with locally grown Guindilla chillies to create spicy snacking perfection.

Fennel: Toasted Fennel seeds, a little Aleppo chilli and fresh lemon zest give this ever popular salami its unique identity.

Garlic & Pepper

A classic salami flavoured with garlic and pepper using the same recipe, pork and skills as our full size version. This is the one to choose if you're looking for a classic saucisson flavour.

Cotswold Chorizo

Proper Chorizo using the same recipe, pork and skills as our full size version but in snacking form. Locally grown chillies along with a little lemon zest and oregano give the best version of a recognisable flavour. Is there a better snack to go with a beer..... we don't think so!

Fennel

Proper salami using the same recipe, pork and skills as our full size version but in snacking form. Toasted fennel seed artfully supported by lemon zest and Aleppo chill. We think this is the most delicate of our PigStick flavours.

Ingredients

Garlic & Pepper

Pork (200g used per 100g of finished product), salt, dextrose, freshly ground spices, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Cotswold Chorizo

Pork (200g used per 100g of finished product), salt, spices, fresh chilli, muscavado sugar, dextrose, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Fennel

Pork (200g used per 100g of finished product), salt, fennel, Aleppo chilli, dextrose, lemon zest, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
