SaltPig Curing Company
We are a small award-winning artisanal company based in the Cotswolds. We aim to make the best salamis and cured meats in the UK using mature, free range, rare breed pigs.

Hook Norton Brewery
Based just up the road from SaltPig, Hook Norton Brewery was established in 1849 and has a premium range of award winning ales. Hooky Gold is a very pale, crisp beer, with a hoppy character. A fruity aroma and a pleasant, light taste.

Cracking Nuts
Established in 2014 this small family business is based in Ilfracombe, North Devon. Their nuts are hand roasted in small batches using only the finest nuts and 100% natural ingredients to create original flavour combinations. The Cracking Mix has a deliciously moreish combination of sweet & salted peanuts, cashews & almonds. The Smoked Hickory includes cashews, almonds and peanuts combined and roasted with a natural smoked hickory flavour.

Olives Et Al
Based in Dorset, Olives Et Al has spent 30 years developing an extraordinary range of award-winning products. They are exclusive and artisanal; sourcing, creating and producing, a wide range of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern & African inspired products. The Sicilian Nocellara del Belice Olives in a light brine are buttery, creamy & sweetly firm. These are the classic Sicilian Olives.

The Cotswold Cheese Company

Founded in 2006 by husband and wife, Jon and Lisa Goodchild, The Cotswold Cheese Company established themselves in Moreton-in-Marsh, with the shop quickly became the talk (and taste) of the town, with Cotswoldians and tourists alike travelling from far and wide to sample the cheesy delights. Their Oat & Buttermilk Crackers are slightly sweet and crisp wholemeal crackers are enriched with Cornish Buttermilk.

V&L Honey Makers

V&L produce 100% British honey in the Cotswolds, just a few miles from SaltPig. Their Lime Flower honey only comes once in every few years, and usually in limited amounts. It has a deliciously fresh, sweet woodland flavour and delicious drizzled on our sobrasada spreadable salami.

Garlic and Pepper Salami - Rare breed pork (175g used per 100g of finished product), sea salt, dextrose, garlic, freshly ground spices, preservative: potassium nitrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid

Four Peppercorn Collar - Rare breed pork collar (170g used per 100g of finished product), sea salt, fresh garlic, black/green/white/pink peppercorns, preservative: potassium nitrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid

SaltPig Sobrasada - Rare breed pork (125g used per 100g of finished product), roasted red peppers, Hook Norton Red Rye Beer (Gluten), sea salt, chillies, spices, muscovado sugar, dextrose, garlic, preservative: potassium nitrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Cotswold 'Nduja - Pork (125g used per 100g of finished product), roasted red peppers, spices, chillies, salt, muscavado sugar, dextrose, garlic, ascorbic acid, potassium nitrate.

Fennel PigSticks Pork (200g used per 100g of finished product), salt, fennel, Aleppo chilli, dextrose, lemon zest, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite. 

Garlic & Pepper PigSticks Pork (200g used per 100g of finished product), salt, dextrose, freshly ground spices, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite. 

Chorizo PigSticks Pork (200g used per 100g of finished product), salt, spices, fresh chilli, muscavado sugar, dextrose, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Oat & Buttermilk Crackers - Wholemeal Wheat Flour (Wheat, Ascorbic Acid) (37.8%), Oatmeal (25.1%), Cornish Cheese Whey (Milk) Buttermilk (2%), Butter (Milk), Sugar, Salt. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery and fish.

The Cracking Nuts Mix - Peanuts, Cashews, Almonds, sugar, cinnamon, pure vanilla, rock salt, sea salt. May contain traces of other nuts.

Smoked Hickory Mixed Nuts - Peanuts, Cashews, Almonds, Pink Rock Salt, Cornish Sea Salt, Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke. May contain traces of other nuts.

Nocellara Olives - Nocellara del Belice 54%, Brine (water, salt), Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid. May contain Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame.

Cotswold Lime Flower Honey - Honey

Hooky Gold Golden Ale - Water, Barley (Gluten), Malt & Hops

Storage Instructions

SaltPig products: Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Delivery

Order before 12pm (Monday – Friday) for next day delivery.

Orders past this time will be sent the following day (Monday - Friday).

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
