A semi dried version of our classic Chorizo, this is the one for cooking with. Fantastic in a Spanish style stew with Chicken and Chickpeas or simply fried as a tapas dish.

We use, as ever, the best pork harvested form our whole animal butchery efforts along with beautiful fresh chillies grown right here in Oxfordshire. We use a little lemon zest as well as oregano to make the flavour really sing.

As with all our product these are hand made using traditional methods that have such an impact on the finished sausage. Also take a look at our fully dried ready to eat chorizo.

Storage Instructions

Our Cotswold Cooking Chorizo is cured and semi dried so is able to withstand ambient temperatures for long periods. We recommend however refrigerating upon receipt to ensure its full shelf life. Once opened consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
